 Embossing and silkscreen should be eps, Corel Draw or Vector files.  Additional charges apply to create or modify artwork and will be billed to order. Logos will always be printed to the maximum imprinted area on each item, unless otherwise instructed. Screened, half-tone and "untrapped" artwork is not acceptable for any type of customization. Artwork sent by fax is unacceptable. If no artwork is available, an art charge of $75.00 (T) per hour will be charged.

 Lead times are estimated at 2 - 3 weeks, once camera-ready art and purchase order have been received and credit terms have been established. 

 Blank or randomly marked samples are shipped via ground carrier unless otherwise specified. Samples are billed at end quantity price plus freight charges. We have a minimum of $10.00 on all credit card charges. 

Returns of merchandise are not accepted without a return authorization. A 15% restocking fee may be incurred. NO RETURNS on decorated items.

 Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Increases of quantity may be accepted: decreases may not. A fee to change orders may apply. Please contact customer service for details.

Decorated orders less than catalog quantity are subject to a surcharge of $50.00 (T).

 We will not assume liability for non-fulfillment of orders due to inability to obtain materials, or other causes beyond our control
